Ordering & shipping
How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Express options are available at checkout. All orders over $50 ship free.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so changes need to be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email shopalcovebeauty@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes — you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Products
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Most products in our collection are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Each product page lists full ingredients and usage notes. When in doubt, do a patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours before use.
How do I know which products are right for me? A great starting point is our Silk Sleep Set for daily recovery, paired with one of our LED devices for visible lifting and firming results. Not sure? Email shopalcovebeauty@gmail.com and we'll help you build a routine.
Are the LED and light therapy devices safe to use at home? Yes — all of our devices are designed specifically for at-home use and meet safety standards. Always follow the included instructions and avoid use near the eyes unless the device is specifically designed for that area.
Do your devices come with a warranty? All devices include a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If you experience any issues, contact us!
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy? We offer 30-day returns on all unused, unopened products. Devices may be returned within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged.
How do I start a return? Email shopalcovebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been issued.
