Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We want your order to arrive quickly and beautifully. Here's what to expect:

Standard shipping (5–8 business days) is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $12.99.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email shopalcovebeauty@gmail.com as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the way — join our glow list to be notified when it launches.


Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Skincare & accessories — unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We're unable to accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons.

Devices — devices may be returned within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. Please include your original packaging where possible.

Final sale items — any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


How to start a return

  1. Email us at shopalcovebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label
  3. Drop your package at any USPS or UPS location
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's been processed.


Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email shopalcovebeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
